Balu

Our sweet Balu crossed the bridge during her spay surgery. She had a bad reaction to the anaesthetic and did not wake up post surgery. We are heartbroken.

Balu got rescued from a poor situation.

She is a distemper survivor – that’s why her little tongue mostly sticks out of her mouth, even when it’s closed.

But that does not affect her in any way. It makes her look even more adorable and unique.

She’s a happy little goofball. She is very affectionate and likes to cuddle, play and, of course, sleep.

We are a small organization dedicated to helping dogs and cats in Antigua. We sterilize, rehabilite and find homes, and work with other rescue groups.
