Guinness

Guinness was found by one of our student volunteers wandering around at a local brew-pup, hence his name. He was in pretty poor condition, skinny and loaded with parasites and the beginning signs of mange on his face and ears. He was only about 3 months old.

We brought him in and from the first day with his foster family he has been a superstar. Friendly, cuddly and sweet, he is a dreamy little pup. He gets along great with the big dogs and puppies his own size (like most puppies, he can be a little rough on the smaller guys). He respects the cat and doesn’t bother it. He loves people big and small.

Guinness is crate trained and sleeps happily in his crate all night long. He has all his basic behaviors and is already working on some impulse control behaviors (leave it). He is great off leash, walks fine in quieter neighborhoods on leash, and is doing well with his house training. He is smart as can be and loves to train for food.

This puppy is just a love. He is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped, and flying to the Bay Area the first week of November.

We are a small organization dedicated to helping dogs and cats in Antigua. We sterilize, rehabilite and find homes, and work with other rescue groups.
