Pebbles

Pebbles was found in pretty bad condition in the town of Parramos, Guatemala. She had severe mange and was bloated with parasites. Dewormed, and treated with lots of medicated baths, fed well and showered with love, Pebbles is now a strong, healthy, beautiful and loving 5 month old puppy.

Pebbles has been fostered in a home with 6 older dogs and a dozen kids. She adores children and is quite fearless. The big dogs tolerate her and she never gives up trying to get them to play with her.

Pebbles is an amazing little pup.  She is super smart and so incredibly loving.
Pebbles can be very goofy.  She loves to play.  Pebbles is very smart.  She can sit, lie down, target, almost shake and she has been walking on a leash for a long time. She loves her walks. Pebbles learns  quickly and is very food motivated, she is also super social.   She loves nothing more than to wake up the girls by jumping in bed with them.  Pebbles is hard to resist.   When she came to us she was recovering from mange.  So she was bathed and massaged with coconut oil daily. Although she didn’t love the bath she was tolerant of that and loved her massages.  Very quickly her fur came back and it is black as night.  Her eyes are too.  She is a beauty, inside and out.
Pebbles is very alert.  She will bark when someone comes into the room and then, if she knows them, goes into her “love me” mode.  If she does not know them she looks to her human to tell her what is up.  She does not forget anyone she has met.
Pebbles is slightly noise sensitive and will bark at noises but but never hides.  She is a great watch dog and will alert when things don’t seem right.
Pebbles is crate trained and sleeps through the night in her crate.  She will go in her crate to nap during the day. She is spayed and up to date on her puppy shots. She is about 5 months old.
