Little Chula was one of a group of four dogs brought to Vet Pro Veterinary clinic and dropped off by the volunteer firefighters. They found all four near a river in Antigua. Of the four, three survived-tiny puppy Cocoa Bean, Chula, and Sunny.
Chula is a small, young, golden colored, short haired female, very friendly cocker-ish cross. We think she was between 8 months and one year old on intake. He tail has been docked.
Chula is good with people. She is protective of “her” people, and so needs guidance with workmen or strangers (men) entering the house. Once told they are okay, she is fine with them. She has been around children (9 and up) for short periods of time. She paid no attention to them. We believe that she would be fine with children.
Chula was adopted and lives in the Bay area with her family.
