Hazel is one of Cusca’s puppies. She is smooth coated and looks something like a Dachshund puppy. Hazel was very shy when we received her, but with lots of attention, affection and play with our volunteers she has really out of her shell and now runs happily to approach and play with people and with the other dogs. She is sweet and cuddly when picked up and held.

We have begun clicker training her, and this has also helped build her confidence quickly. She is very smart and food motivated, and her training is progressing very well. She loves her training sessions and is an eager, sweet puppy. Hazel has received her first DHLPP vaccine, and is already spayed. She is available for adoption.
