Polly

We found Polly while in town training some of our puppies. She was bone thin, mangy and covered in fleas. She was wandering under the wheels of vehicles, trying to scrounge something to eat.  Our student volunteers were terrified that she would be run over, as were we. We scooped her up and took her back with us to start treating her.

Polly responded quickly to treatment, and is being fostered locally by wonderful Carin Steen. She lives with two great older dogs, and is doing very well. Polly is sweet, friendly and gets along great with other dogs and people. She is smart, affectionate, and is a delightful puppy.

Polly about 5 months old. She will be a medium sized dog, perhaps 30 lbs. She is current on her puppy shots, is spayed and is healthy. She is crate trained, walks nicely on leash, and stays close when off leash. She is learning basic obedience and learning fast.
