Biscuit

This adorable little gremlin is Biscuit. Our vet Dr. JP rescued her about 5 or 6 months ago, hairless with mange and in very, very bad condition. She is completely recovered and couldn’t be cuter if she tried. For some reason, he had not been able to find a home for her, so we agreed to take her, train her and look for a good home for her.

She is full grown and about a year old. She is likely a terrier mix-with perhaps some Schnauzer in her. She weighs about 25 lbs. She is spayed and vaccinated.

Biscuit is sweet and appropriate with the other dogs and is friendly with everyone if you are patient and don’t scare or startle her. We moved her down with the older house dogs as some of the rougher younger dogs were bullying her and she was not comfortable. Once down with the gentler dogs she has blossomed.

Biscuit is a sweet, happy, lower energy pup. She loves to cuddle and stays close on walks. She does get carsick and would do best in a home where only short jaunts in cars were necessary.

We are a small organization dedicated to helping dogs and cats in Antigua. We sterilize, rehabilite and find homes, and work with other rescue groups.
