Panda is about four months old. He was found wandering in a park in central Antigua, scrounging for food. He was dirty and had tie marks burned into his neck.  We picked him up thinking that someone must be looking for a puppy this cute, but apparently no one was.

Panda is sweet, smart, and a love of a pup. He is in training and learning fast. He gets along with all the dogs at the rescue. He has just moved into a foster home, and is now learning to live with a cat. Panda is not yet neutered, and will be available for adoption in about a month.
