Ellie was dumped in the city of San Cristobal near Guatemala City at about 5 months of age. We have no idea who could have dumped this puppy. She is cuteness itself! Ellie is some kind of shaggy terrier cross-possibly part Schnauzer.  She was spotted by one of our volunteers when she was almost run over, obviously without a clue about traffic or the dangers of vehicles.

We scooped her up before she was struck, and Ellie never looked back.  Whip smart, she loved to train and even began agility classes. A puppy this sweet and this cute doesn’t stay unadopted long, and she was quickly adopted by Susanna and now lives a luxe life in San Francisco.
