Kishi

Kishi was found running alongside a busy road by a good samaritan who scooped the tiny, frightened puppy up and brought her to us. Kishi weighed a whopping 1.1 pounds, and was flea and lice infested. We treated her parasites, and wonderful UPA volunteer Carla and her husband Thomas offered to foster this tiny little bundle of black fuzz. Kishi thrived under their loving care, growing up with cat-brother Fernando and dog-sister Nani.  She  proved to be friendly, fearless, and incredibly fun. Kishi has never met a dog or cat or person she didn’t like. She was quickly adopted by a wonderful woman in the San Francisco area and lives with a black cat-sister named Wasabi. She is loved, spoiled, and very, very happy.

We are a small organization dedicated to helping dogs and cats in Antigua. We sterilize, rehabilite and find homes, and work with other rescue groups.
